Think Pink
Recently I was asked by a faithful admirer of WoolPets to make a standing sheep - but she wanted it to be pink. Her favorite color from what I was told. I wasn't sure whether to needle felt the sheep first and then "dip" it in dye or whether to dye the wool pink first. I decided to go the route of the latter. Although I had my doubts as to what this pink ewe would look like (sunburned?) I think it actually looks pretty cute. Time to felt a rainbow flock don't ya think?

Congratulations Laurie. Your blog looks great!
I just wanted to tell everyone that you made this gorgeous pink ewe for me.
She arrived the other day and is truly pink-a-lious. I love her.
This is my fourth sheep I have ordered from Laurie and each one just keeps getting better. You can see them on my blog at http://stitchesinpink.typepad.com.
Laurie is a great artist. Everything she makes is amazing.
Thank you so much. I can't wait to order my next one.
Thank you

Very nice!! I just got a package from you today (can be seen on my blog) and I just wanted to mention that you have the cutest logo. Am I correct in assuming that you designed it yourself? I love it.
